Meet Dawson!

Dawson came to us when his mom died shortly after giving birth. He is knock-kneed and has to have surgery to straighten his front legs. Dawson is in a great foster home but we need funds to pay for his surgery which will cost $1200.

Dawson already had a rough start in life but we want him to become a normal colt with a bright future without physical limitations. Please help us raising the funds.

Thank you for your help!

Sling Project

The Chey/Annie Project's mission is to place an emergency sling that is designed for horses in every state. The sling will be housed at a specific rescue in each state to be shared amongst all the rescues in that state as the need arises. The slings will be provided FREE of charge in time of need. DTHR has applied to be the rescue to house the sling for the state of Alabama.

Read more about the project details This is NOT a DTHR project, please read details!!

You can donate to the ALABAMA sling here! Let ALABAMA be the first state to receive this sling!

This widget gets updated around the 16th of every month!
